2008 Newsletter

Welcome back everyone. My hope is that everyone had a great Christmas and Happy New Year. I’d like to thank you all for the outstanding performance on the Christmas Recital at the Columbia Mall. It was a lot of fun and you all did a great job.

I have the photo CD’s available that were taken at the recital. For anyone that would like to purchase one, they are $25 each. If you’d like, you can make checks payable to: Adam Brewer and I will see that he gets it.

CLASS PIANO:

I’d like to schedule some extra class piano sessions through the next several months. I would like some feedback regarding the best time for students to attend. Please let me know the best times, ie weekdays or a Friday/Saturday afternoon.

GUIDELINES:

Each student/parent will be given the new updated 2008 studio guidelines. There will be a few additions/changes, so please go over it carefully and let me know if you have any questions.

FEE INFORMATION:

The current monthly fee is $70 per month. This has been the fee since before 2002. Effective June 2008, the monthly fee will increase to $80 per month. This increase will still be competitive with other studios which charge from $90 - $100 per month. This increase, being the only one in so many years, will not change again for a number of years in the future. I appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

As in the past, remember that if you refer someone that begins taking piano lessons, tell them to mention your name and you will receive one month of lessons on me. There are only a very limited number of spaces available, but still room for just a few.

Extra Curricular Concerts:

I’d like to keep students informed of upcoming opportunities to attend some great piano concerts in the Nashville area. We will keep the dates posted in the studio along with a sign up sheet. Those interested in going will need to sign up at least 2 weeks prior so we can make arrangements to go together.
